Today I worked on the Photoshop CC 2015 One-on-One: Fundamentals lynda.com video lessons..
I started by selecting the Smudge tool, to slect the ‘blurry’ part of the wings.
I started by carefully following the edge of the wing to create a ‘in motion’ feel.
I then needed to create a new layer for the bird so I converted it to an independent layer by switching back to the Layers panel and then double-clicking on the Background item and that’ll bring up the New Layer dialog box and renaming it Bird.
Then I needed to create a layer mask, so I went to the bottom right and chose the Add Vector Mask setting. Then I pressed M to use the Marquee tool and then I double clicked the image and then dupilcate layer and put it into the Lone Tree photo.
