Today is the last day of class for me and I have to say i have had an amazing year in the digital design class. Mrs. Tami Frascht has took me to a whole new level of computer knowledge and not just with Photoshop or Illustrator, I know many computer techniques and shortcuts now. I would have to say this is one recommendation I do not regret jumping on, I go try credits I needed and also learned a few things on the way.

Today I made my button the I designed last week and I also made a shirt.

I used a font off of dafont.com, high society, I then used the ellipse tool to fill in a few choice o’s on the quote. I then used the line tool to make the lines within it, I changed the inner lines to gray and the opacity to 85%.

Today I worked on revising my Arly & Me video, I added titles and transitions. I also made a button.

I found a font on dafont.com, casino queen and royal delight, I found a brush on brusheezy.com. I put the brush over the whole thing and used the polygonal lasso tool and put a vector mask over it to cut out the middle section. I then used the brush tool and filled in the white out of the letters, the design brush was showing through it.

Today I made a shirt of army friend, she is supporting a team in the goldbug olympics. I also made a mouse pad for my boyfriend, because well you know I like to annoy him.

I used a font called comic sanchez from dafont.com, and I used the shape tool to make the trophy, I used a gradient overlay on it, diamond overlay at 35% opacity. I used the polygonal lasso tool to cut the shorts and put a vector mask over it.

I screenshot pictures off of my instagram for this one, I found a font called cute love and used it for the lettering.

Today I worked on making a calendar, I wanted to use pictures of my friends and myself. I imported my photos onto the computer and used photo shop to put the ones I wanted together and for which month. I used the smudge tool, the place linked option, and free transform. I also used the polygonal lasso tool, and the blur tool. I used Microsoft Excel to  do the calendar part, I used a template they already had on it. I mainly just added birthdays on each month, I also changed some of the fonts of the months. ( I am not adding screenshots of my photos because I want it to be a surprise when I finish it. )

Today I worked on the Adobe Emoji.

I did a “sad” emoji, because they come in all emotions. I started by making the outline using the ellipse tool. I then found a light blue and put it as the outline and the fill, I then went to layer>layer style>gradient overlay. Blend mode to Darken and style to diamond and changed angle to -135. I then used the I then used the ellipse tool to make two black circles and the outline to the blue and fill to black. I then made to white circles for the middle of the eyes. I also added a couple of black dots on the middle, I used the line tool to make slanted eyebrows for the thing as well. I then used the brush tool to make the purple dots under the eyes. I used a ellipse to make the mouth an another ellipse for the tongue, I used the magnetic lasso tool to make the tongue only for the inside of it, I out a gradient overlay over the tongue at well.
